I have been a good customer of directv for many years, they gave me a date to pay my bill but cut my service off before that date, and added additional charges to my bill, they billed me even though my service was off, they took money that was not authorized by me and the lady from the bank said they tried to swipe my card another 5 times after that, this acct is my son's but has to be in my name at the bank because i am his representive payee because he gets social security, he was told by directv that if he returned the directv boxes they would credit 90.00 back into his acct, i called and even though his acct is paid they said they werent going to give him the 90.00 that it would go toward his acct, how can that be if his acct is paid cause they took it from my acct at the bank, it went into directv's pocket, they are a ripoff
