Back in may i received a package from advantge capital offering disconts on different items.inside of the package it said that if you are not interested you have 7 days to contact tthem and you will not be charged for the 99.95 and 59.95.
For several days i callthe number that was in the package, left my name and number so someone could call be back and they never did.
The 7 days had passed and the full amount of 159.90 was taken from my account before i talked to tell some one that i was not interested.
During that time i have spoken to several people who will give me there firs name but not the last.
Starting from june 9 th was the first time i was suppose to get my refund. They told me 7 days it would take and the 7 had passed and gone.
So i called again and on the june 14 i was told it would take another seven days so i waited and gain.
Finally i called again on the july the 12 they authorized for me to get my refund.
The guy i spoke with sad that i should receive it by the 19 of july never came.
So i called again and they had supposed to send a email to there field office which took another week.
On july 23 i talked again to someone and claimed that my refund should be in my account on july 31.
When that day arrived i checked and no refund.
Why am i not surprised. So far i have spoken to felicia david, jessica, johnathan, kim, josh, renee, tony, michael, sean, lisa, jessica again nathan, scott, mike other.
In august i have spoken again to several of there rep s who have assured me that i will receive my refund.
They always claim that you will receive it and never do.
It is now september and to no surprise i do not have my $159.90.
I just spoke with scott on sept 3 in the escalations dept and he said it would be there tomorrow by midnight.
My guess it won't be there again, so don't get caught by what many of us are learning.
Advantage capital is a money making, scaming, promise to give refund back and lie company.
And my next action reprting to the nevada attorney general office.
If have the same problem don't hesitate. Report them fast!!!
