Adds extra charges and doesn't send their statements Ripoff

For the last four months Capital One has not sent a single statement to me!!! I keep getting charged with finance charges/other Capital One charges, but I cannot see a statement to see why I have to pay all these things. I have asked for my statement numerous times, but I have yet to see one.

I even asked a card representative to go over the charges and it did not add up. I am so frustrated with Capital One!!! They just keep adding charges and I never get to see what they are.
