I went to Lenscrafter and received the okay to buy two pairs of glasses from GE Capital Cons Cardco on credit. The credit limit was for $500.00. I never received a statement for six months and then they started calling and telling me that I owned them money and I told them they had to send me a statement first and that I had called before and they never did.
Now I am being charged late fees, overlimit fees, and finance charges. They refuse to take off the extra money that they have charged me.
GE Capital Cons Cardco - Lenscrafters/GE Capital Con CC is a big ripoff and should be taken out of business immediately.
