Bank of America
Branch employee did not return my calls for over four hours

The Bank of America located in Abingdon MD has a particular women named Debbie Glemming whom purposely I9ngnoreed returning my calls for over 4 hours. And when I asked for a manager they told me he was at lunch. Mind you this was at 3pm! I will never bank there again and I have at least a half dozen other tails I could tell about that location.
