Michelle reed bank of america has unprofessional customer service reps, hires crooks north carolina

Bank of America have many horrendous customer service reps. They answers the phone and becomes argumentive with customers.

I had opened a second bank account with this Bank of America. The promotion read that I could open another checking account free of fees.
I called the bank to make sure this was the case.

After being tossed around like a ball to different depts, I encountered a low brained rep named Michelle R. Who was working in the online dept who told me this was not the case.

She then asked me "why do you want two bank accounts" in a rude, malicious way.

Since I did not want any fees, I asked her would she close the account. She told me no, thatI have a relationship with the bank and that my account could not be close. I told her this was not true. What happened next was something bizarre, but true.

The BANK OF AMERICA REP NAMED MICHELLE STARTED SCREAMING. She told me that my account could not be closed. I was shocked at this woman screaming at me over the phone, and telling me these lies. She was very rude. These bad reps should be fired.

So many customer service people are just causing harm to the bank. They just want pay. The bank should do better than just hire people from the streets and who seems to be on drugs.

These people have no values. They mean no good to the customer or the bank.
