Bank of America has mandated 53 women in their Operations Unit to work 12hrs shifts 5 days a week, We as parents wives, sisters are having hard times finding child care for a approx 7: oo am drop off time to a possiable 9:00 pm pick up time for our children. We have been told that we would lose our jobs if we don't work these hours. Lot of these women have been with Bank of America 5yrs or more. They give no raises or little raise to secelected few. They are under staffed and we are very scared to lose our jobs. Personel say's there is nothing they can do about this sitution Georgia is a right to work State so they can fire you for this very reason if you don't work these hours. Bank of America is Rippin there workers in College Park of there families life and blood. What can we do. I know one of the ladies said she address the operation Manager Lance Drummond but she heard nothing from him she also is about to lose her job because of the long hours.
