Paytru opened an account for me and even sent me a plastic Visa card. I loaded it with one of my other cards and was told I am in a negative database, so I can not use the Paytru card.
They could not tell me what negative database they were talking about. Why did they send me a card? Why did they take my money?
I want it back, now!
They will not refund $78.50 to my credit card, even though I was told by LaQuan that they would. Also, it takes a week or more for her to answer my e-mails.
