Walmart pre-paid Money Cards
Negative balance! - Walmart Money Visa/Debit Card

I purchased a green dot master card/Visa Black family card from Wal-Mart. Put a 100$ on it at first. The back of the card said ATMs, couldnt get cash untill personalized card came in wich I still havent gotten 2 mths ltr. Anyways used card for food, gas, and smokes. Last transaction I made I added 20 bucks wich made my account -38.77. WHAT? How can you go negative on a pre-paid card. After a week and 4 hrs of arguing my account balance is now. 77 cents that I cant get untill the personalized card comes in. If I could go negative, I would have atleast baught a new t.V. Lol
