Walmart pre-paid Money Cards
Prepaid Card Balance Went Negative After $20 Reload

I purchased a green dot master card/Visa Black family card from Wal-Mart. Put a 100$ on it at first. The back of the card said ATMs, couldn't get cash until personalized card came in which I still haven't gotten 2 mths ltr. Anyways used card for food, gas, and smokes. Last transaction I made I added 20 bucks which made my account -38.77. WHAT? How can you go negative on a pre-paid card. After a week and 4 hrs of arguing my account balance is now. 77 cents that I can't get until the personalized card comes in. If I could go negative, I would have at least bought a new t.V. Lol
