Since feb 12 i have been trying to pay off a balance with cash call. Someone called me took my account information to pay off said will deduct amount to pay off in full as of 2-12-07 was 2,636.62 to pay off loan as of that date they never charged my checking account.
Two days later i called to find out what the problem was for them not charging my checking account they did not know and said will call me back. Two days later still no call back. Now they want interest for the two more days they didnt charge my account. They are demanding me to send in a blank check because i changed my checking account number. I refuse. They dont need if i am paying off. They said oh well we will not take your payment with out it.
They began to become very rude with me over phone. I had to call back four more times i was hung up on, laughed at told too bad. I asked for a supervisor 5 times before i talked to nicole houstion. She claims she is a supervisor. I got no whre with her either so i sent in a manual ck. It was ret to me by mail. They are a rip off in interest and when you try to pay off a loan early they refuse payment.
I took my loan out in sept 06. I pay 216.55 starting in oct 1 06.-2-1-07 total pymts $1,082.78 pay off $2,636.62 for a total of 3,719.40 for a $2,600.00 loan now they want more for their errors.
