In February I applied for a loan from Cash Call to help with some bills I only ask fro 2600.00, they called me the next day and said they will give me 5,000, but I told them I don't need 5,000 and they insisted on giving me 5,000 because the interest rate will be better and I went with them, but not knowing that the interest rates will be 59% and will be paid of in 5 years but they lied it is a 7 years loan.
Well I had financial problems in August I had to stop payment on my checking account 25 of september and it did, but they tooked it out on the 27th of september and put an overdrawn in my checking account, in which I had to wait for payday to get my checking account up to par, well I went to my banker and told her what was going on and she told me changed my checking account number which I did and then the phones started to come 4 times a day and on my cell phone, the was harassing my everyday and called my job and several occassion, well on Nov. 5, they called and ask for me, my job is screening my calls and they wanted the payroll unit they will not transfer to them also, I talked to them on the phone and a guy named Ken told me they wanted payroll and I told him in on the verge of taking bankruptacy and he who is my lawyer and I told him, also him the building where he is working at and he didn't believe me also he asked for the number and I don't know on top of my head. Ken was being very, very rude and I told stop calling my on my job and hunged up.
Also, on another case talked to another guy named joell, and he stated to me about making an agreement to pay on a certain day and they will deferr my payment until Dec 1, and I told him I don't have the money, well statement he made that we can do two things, do have a house and I said yes and trying to refinance it but nobody don't want to help, well he said take you house and garnish your wages. Please stay away from them they are bad business. I wished in heaven I haven't taken this loan from.
