I had a secured credit card with Capital One. No matter when I sent out the payment, it was alway credited late. I call several times to resolve this matter. One time I was told that the payment had reached their office just minutes after their cut-off time.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was told that there was none and that she (the so called customer service representative) "did not need anyone standing over her telling her to do her job". She hung up on me after I told her how rediculous that statement was.
I would like to here from anyone involved in class action suits with this company.
