Capital One Services, AKA Bapital One Credit Card, Capital One Bank. WARNING! Warning! WARNING if your account is behind or has gone to collections your payments may not be being credited ripoff business

I finnaly got some status on my account from Kerry Murphy. A Regulatory Response Specalist at Capital One Services. There is no indication in the balance statement to indicate that the $600.00 in payment I have made have been credited to my account.

I doubt that I am the only one they have done this to. Find a way to get a copy of your current ballance IN WRITING.

The VA State Corporation Commission regulates this bank, The explain how to file a complaint at this site.
It couls be an issue of corporate solvency like Enron or World Com.
Ind out about your account and complain if they are not posting your payments.
