We fell two mths behind on our mortgage, we received a forclosure notice in the mail. We didn't know what else to do, so we entered into the EVIL REPAYMENT PLAN... We were told not to send anymore payments and to wait until we recive notification to make our payments... We went from being two payments behind to being six payments behind... Rediculous atty fees (by the way I was never able to get in contact w/the atty, late fees, etc... Our payment doubled, so therefore making us fall behind on all of our other bills and decreasing our credit score tremendously... I tried to refinance and was turned down every time-due to the way the mortgage was reporting... I called and talked to a Supervisor by the name of "Tammy", refused to give her last name but said it would show a M8 until I was current... I advised Tammy that if the home wasn't taken from me then it shouldn't show as if it had been... I asked Tammy to send me a statement of my account to show where every payment has come in and how it had been applied, I never received the info and have been unable to reach Tammy... I am now 21 points away from being able to refinance and I will be done w/this company... Good luck to you all!
