I have carefully kept track of my credit limit so I would not exceed it. After my Visa card was maxed out, I made no other charges on that card. CrossCountry Bank billed me for an annual fee of $ 50.00. Which put me over my credit limit and gave them the excause to asses a $ 30.00 "Overlimit Fee".
My credit line is $700.00. I have been paying $ 35.00 per month sinse I received my card and my balance (Without any new purchases other than one $ 19.00 purchase this year. I also received a Finance and Cash advance charge this month totalling $ 11.69.
These people are using business pratices that are nothing short of Theft! I had already paid the annual for this last year and informed CrossCountry Bank that I did not want to extend any of their services.
