Ripoff fraudulent credit card sales fraudulent ripoff business rip off scam con artists cheated the customers ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

Advantage Capital said we applied for thier credit card. They took $174.90 out of out checking account and never sent anything. When we say the deduction on the bank statment we called them for information.

We cancelled the card right then and there. We were given a cancellation number and told arefund would follow. Nowthing happened.

Then we sent a letter with all the infoand a copy of the bank statment with the item high lighted. Still nothing. Next we were told a "package had to be sent and returned to them so we waited for that one to be sent, again nothing.

All the complaining has done no good we even were given an other cancelation number and now the costomer service rep said she was told to send a letter of inquiry to the head office.

This has been going on sence March15. No card no refund just one lie after an other. We did close our bank acount out of fear that more money would be withdrawn by Advantage Capital.
