Fell behind on our payments. Had to go chapter 13 to save my home. Now I owe over 20,000 if fee's and 'advances'! Been making all payments as required, but unapplyed funds is over 2,000 dollars. Some of payments that are to go to the mortgage go to fee's and other charges. It seems the more I pay, the more I owe.
Boy do I need help. Everyone has turned me down to get rid of this company. The people that I talk to are the rudest I have ever talked to, and I'm from the Philly area! They don't even list an address, only a PO box number.
