Stealing our home

We were making our payments on time some late but were making them we were already in chapter 13 about july this year we recieved a letter stating that they were asking for a lift of stay on the chapter 13 because we had gotten 8 PAYMENTS behind if we had gotten that many payments behind

Then why did it take them until now to decide to take us to court to forclose on us I think that they have really made a big mistake and we have no one to help us prove them wrong we are still in the house we have not recieved any thing else from them but a monthly statement saying we owe them 6.884.22 in arearages and it is due sep 13

Our bankruptcy lawyer has only gotten the same letters we have they select portfolio servicing have been very bad to us sence they took over our loan from nations credit company if we lose our home this we be our only chance at owning a home our credit is wasted because of these two companys please help us to keep our home we are a low in come family that was trying to have a little bit of the american dream
