I've been on here before regarding AMC leaking mine and my husbands personal information to 3rd party brokers. Since the last time I've been on I have been reading everyones comments on AMC and I've been spending my time going over my loan docs with AMC.
I am noticing a lot of lies on my contract like income more than I made and the name of my husbands employer is wrong. AMC wrote in the old company my husband worked for because at the time of doing our contract my husband was at his current job for only 6 mos.
So AMC put his old job with a 2 year employment status. AMC said my house was built in 1976 when it was built in 2002 and that we purchased it in 1996. We moved in right after it was built in 2002. What can I do? Obviously AMC leaking our social and phone numbers to different brokers doesn't mean anything to anyone i've asked lawyers and they don't help.
So is this a legal matter for someone to take on. I've notified the Dept of Coorporations, Attorney General and so on but with the other complaint about my personal info not about this new found complaint the lies on my contract. Should I add to my original complaint with these Departments or will it be a waste of time?
