I was also done wrong by JWH. They had built my home on the wrong land. My dad had gave me and my husband a half acre four years ago we deside to build a JWH beside my mom and dad. They sent a survyor out to see were the house would be built so they finshed the survey and built the house.
Four years later we found out that half of the house is built on my neighboro's land and my mom and dad's house is on the land that they say is part of our land so they breech the contract with mom and dad and putting us through hell. Now we have land taxes we are paying for that really we don't have any land and half of our house belong to some one else. We have been living in this house for only four years and we alredy had to do several repairs on it because it was built very poorly.
