A few months ago - a man named "Every" called and said we we NOT receiving all the discounts we should be (on credit card processing)- and if we could show him our monthly statement and give him a few minutes of our time - he "GUARANTEED" his company (Merchant Lynx services) could save us money. "Every" wrote up a contract - but made a mistake and had to re-write the contract. After 3 attempts - he wrote up a contract. Just about everything "Every" told u was not true. We agreed to a 2 year contract - and it turned into a 3 year contract. He told us we would receive lower processing rates - we are getting higher percentages. "Every" also mis-represented the term and amount of the lease of the actual processing machine. "Every" filled out the contract - would explain what each initialing was for - but was not telling the truth. "Every" said there would be a 1 time annual fee of $80.00 (each year) for the equipment - which turned into $80 a month! Please - Lawyers - Somebody who can help - STOP these people help us figure out how to get away from these people (without the $500 fee they charge to break their deceptive contract). Thank you.
