OCWEN Confusing, inaccurate, OUTSOURCED billing practices ripoff

Just received my bill due 9/1 and it demands over $3000.00 be paid. Upon calling customer relations I was connected with Mohamad. I asked if I could speak with someone in the US and was told to call the same customer service number I just called. I tried it and ended up with Jaweed. Again asked to speak with US representative and was given same phone number. One more call and I ended up with Suraiya. I was told that when all US managers are busy calls are routed to India. I'm still trying desperately to speak with a US representative and after 8 calls I keep ending up in India.

That may be okay except that I'm late on my payment because MY job was outsourced to India. I am not, however, $3000.00 late.

Also, the automated info on OCWENs phone line indicates that a payment of $1500.00 was received at the end of July and the next payment of $1004.00 is due 6/17/06! Hello! How can a payment be due in June when it's the middle of August.

We've also been charged by OCWEN for insurance that we already had, info our agent provided the company, and it was like pulling teeth to have the charges removed from our account.
