After refinancing my mortgage, Decision One sold my note to Ocwen FSB. I have never been late with a payment, much less missed one, until i met Ocwen. I made the Oct. 2004 payment using their internet site. I got a call from India (a branch office I assume) stating that they couldn't process my payment due to the account I paid from doesn't exist. So I made a check by phone payment to cover it. All is well. WRONG!
The Nov. 2004 payment was made via internet on 11/04. As of this date it has yet to be drafted from my account. On 11/11 i called the "customer service" number waited 19 minutes, talked to the India branch again. His advice: "Wait till the 13th or 14th, call us again. If it's still not drafted, make a check by phone payment." Ok no help what so ever. I just know in my heart I did type my account info correctly, I do all of my bill pays and a large amount of shopping online, and have never had that happen.
How do I become a member of the lawsuit? Decision One sells a lot to Ocwen, perhaps they too should be in court.
