Two seperate incedents
Incedent one was using online banking and had a set amount to be paid every two weeks. Been doing it for a while, was paying just under minimum (every two weeks so paying down card). Just about all the electonic payments before were taken out and only took two days to show pay. Until one time it fell on the day before it was due then the electronic payment took five days, they had it 3 therefore getting a late charge. Called to complaine they only took off half the late charge and canceled my card without my knowledge (got a letter in the mail saying I canceled) so customer service 0.
Inciedent two
Sent in a check to pay off the balance called got balance. Sent in check 10 days latter it is posted to my account (US mail is not that slow.) well 26 days latter I get letter saying I still owe 18.55 for intrest because now they acrue intrest daily. Saying it started on the 5th. My question is if they bill on the fifth how come it take 10 days for my bill to reach me. (sounds like theyare trying to make my payments late.) obviously when I was a customer they would not help so why now when they know I am not going to stay with them because of bad customer service.
