I simply finished a-4 year rent with Bank One / Pursuit to get a 2002 Suzuki XL7.
It was my 4th rent on the vehicle also it was the TOUGHEST.
Bank One didn't contact or mail-me any data once the rent was up. I thought it had been up at July's end.
I named Bank One on July 3. They stated it had been on July 1. I mentioned no body named or shipped me something.
They said, nicely, you ought to have recognized. Since it wasn’t delivered promptly today I owe even more fee’s.
I said okay, where do I return it. They stated it can be taken by any Suzuki Seller. I called the nearest Suzuki Dealership.
They said no, they can’t go. Named Bank One back we’ll come pick on it-up.
I asked when they might examine it and provide me some paper-work once they picked it-up. They stated “NO”.
They said I ought to have a couple of images of the vehicle before they go back. Subsequently 1-2 weeks later I'll obtain a statement that is final.
The next day my sibling-in law claims she really wants to purchase the vehicle for that continuing value. And so Bank One is called by me.
They say they could just market the vehicle in my experience, not my sibling-in law. Plus, fee’s etc is owed by me.
And So I can purchase it and change and market it to my sibling-in law. I suppose we equally will need to pay income tax?
Thanks Bank One / Chase. You smell. I'll NEVER make use of a Lender One / Pursuit for something.
No loans, no charge cards, I won’t actually utilize among their ATM’s ….
