On march 26th i noticed that $99.95 plus $59.95 had been deducted from my checking account. Called the bank to see who took the money and all they had was a phone number. So i called the number asked how they were able to take money from my account when i had not ordered their product. The lady didn't know how that happened and said i would get my money back in 30 days. No matter what i did she said it would be impossible to get it sooner. At the end of 30 days i called to find out where my money was. Was told then to return the packet and 7 days after recieving that i would recieve my money. They recieved the packet on the 1st of may. On the 10th i called to see where my money was. This time i was told that they would have to review my tape and that would take about 3 days and then they would get in touch with me on returning my refund. Today may 20th i called to find out about my refund and today i was informed that everyone that i have talked to in the past have given me the wrong information and he has no idea when i will be recieving my money. So here i am writing this letter to see whether or not i can get some help getting my money back from this company. Thanks, helenhelenaurora, Colorado
