Advantage Capital is a BigBing Ripoff, I recieved a call in January about getting a credit card to rebuild my credit and also being able to purchase merchandise at discont prices. I was told it would cost me 174.90 to be debted from my checking account, so I agreed. After I recieved the packet and read it I discovered that I had to pay 14.95 a month for this service also pay money to these companies to use the services. I then called and cancelled this part of the service but thought I would try the credit card. Howerver when I recieved this temporary card and found out it would cost me 4.95 a month plus it was basicly a debit card I called and cancelled before time was up. They told me to send back the packet to recieve my refund but I or someone in my household had thrown it away so they said mail a copy of my bank statement with the withdrawel circled to coporate headquarters and in a cople of weeks would receive a call form them telling me when I would receive my refund. That never happened so I called and called and still was told to be patient they would call. After 2 months or so still no call so I started calling again and was told to resend my statement for my refund. I was suppose to recieve a call in about 2 weeks but never did. After about a month or six weeks I called again and was told that after pulling some tape they decided that I was not eligible to recieve my money back. Needless to say I am very very upset because I never used their service and should be refunded my money! Thank you very much for letting me tell my story. Michelela vergne, Tennessee
