I was solicited by a telemarketer and was told I would recieve a vacation package in 7 days to review for 14 days. My account was debited $59.95 in ten days.
I called my bank and they had to do an investigation to find a phone number for this company. I called to cancel and get a refund.
I was givin a cancellation confirmation number and they said I had to request a refund in writing to Capital Vacations and would recieve a refund in 24 hours.
I found all these complaints on this site... If I'm not refunded, I'm contacting my bank and turning them in fraud and let them get my money back!
