I recieved a phone from someone soliting for First National benifits offing a package of information on government grants for which I would qualify
They told me they would send me an information package to look over for 10 days approval. I wolud pay 29.99 and that would be refunded when I recieved myu packet.
I gave them my bank account number and they took the 29.99 out but I never recieved my packet. I called to report that I never recieved my information packet. They told me they had sent it. That same day a $299.99 charge came out of my account. When I asked the bank they told me it was a withdraw to First National benifits.
I called the toll free number they had given me and again talked to costumer service and was told I'dd just have to wait for my packet that would arive in 4 to 6 weeks.
I went to my bank and explained the problem they filed a fradulant withdraw but nothing ever came of that. I did not recieve it I called back
I Never have recieved any thing for my $300.00. I have called 5 time and they always tell me they will send another package out. I called the last of August they told me they would refund my money if I had not recieved my packet in 3 weeks.
I waited 3 weeks and I called for 2 days and finally got throgh When I talked to them this time they told me they could not refund my money that they wouldc send me another packet out. When I insistedcon a refund. They told me they no longer handled costumer service for that company and could not refund my money.
They said they did not have a phone number for the company but would give me their address.
They took no time in taking my money, but for some reson they won't give it back.
I recieved another call from someone eles with the same line I Same company name and everything. They didn't get any money this time. Although I got a different costumer service number. That number doesn't work.
