Recently I tried applying for a payday loan on the internet. I discovered on July 11 that one of the entities I applied with, have charged 21.95 (unauthorized) to my debit card with my bank.
I am being charged $5.00 per day for overdrawn fees.in the process of typing this report, I spoke to a customer service at Membership Plus, she explained that I was charged obviously because I had signed up for Roadside Service, I became even more agitated at that point because I told her that I don't even own a vehicle and I do not drive, therefore I had common sense enough NOT to sign up for anything involving roadside service when I have NO need for it. She became NASTY and told me that I HAD signed up for it and there was nothing I could do about it. I asked her if I could speak with her supervisor or a floor manager and she told me that the supervisors/managers did not get involved with the customer service issues, she then HUNG UP ON ME! Please do something to help me and hundreds of others that this has happened to.
