Roadside Plus, Memebership Plus
Ripoff Roadside Plus did a debit to my account without my authorization

I recently applied online for a payday loan.
On October 23rd a company by the name of Roadside Plus tried to debit my checking account.

I never heard of this company, and I never authorized anyone to debit my account.

Thank GOD that my paycheck had not been deposited yet, but they cost me a $12.00 NSF fee at my bank.

I got their phone number from my bank and called them and I only got the run around. They said that they are not going to refund me for my NSF charges but they will cancel my membership.

What membership? I never applied for their membership!

My account is now in the minus until I get paid. I am filing fraud papers at my bank today. What else can we do about companies like this?
