Ripoff unathorized charges to bank account

I went online to check my bank account funds today and noticed a charge for $21.95 so i called my bank to ask were the charge had come from She told me it said Rside1. Plus and said all it has is a # by it so i called the # and a woman awnserd

I asked her what the anme of her company was and she said roadside pluse i explained the situation to her that my checking was debited from her company and she said I sighned up for a 7 Day fee trial I told her i never heard of her company before and that i never sighed up for it She kept insisting I did she said all she can do is cancel my service. I asked to speak with a mangager she said she was the manager THE ONLY MANAGER Iasked for a diffrent # to call (apprently The head honcho awnsers the phones) I told her she would be hearing from me again

I then realized after doing some research that I had applied for A cash loan from Soniccash.com after reading that a few other people had this happen to them after applying for the same payday advance. So I called this Roadside plus again a man awnsers the phone I ask for the managers name he gives me the run around even asks me wich one i said the main persons name well he puts a lady on the phone she says she the manager (dont sound like same girl) i aske for her name she wants to know why so I tell her because i guess i talked to you earlier about making unauthersized debits from my account still she says her name is TINA I asked Tina what she said Im not autherzied to give out our last names i tell her just like your not Authersized to debit peoples accounts with out consent She says you sighned up for it and when I tell her no i signed up for a laon and you guys took my information aswell as many other poeople she hung up on me

I also contacted soniccash and asked if they were affiliated with them they said no so i told them that they are going to lose alot of customers because this company is using info we give cash net to scam us, he then said that soniccash was in the process of handling this situation, So... Anyway i hope this helps someone in the future, I myself put stop payment on the debit luckly it was in process and will be put back in my account i did however have to pay a $15 stop payment fee and had to get a new checking account
