On November 20, I applied for a payday loan. Unware, included in the application was a 7-day free trial roadside assistance program. I was not aware of this until November 28. When $21.95 was debited from my checking account. I tried calling all numbers listed on my bank statement. No one answered the phone. Today, December 28 when checking my bank statement, another debit was made by this same company. I immediately called the number listed and I spoke to someone who would not give me their name, nor would they let me speak to a supervisor. I continued to argue about the debit. I was refused a refund and it was insisted that I was notiified of the transaction on my bank account. I have never agreed to a roadside service through this company. I pay every month through cingular wireless for roadside service. I asked for this service charge to stop being debited from my account. I also informed them that I would report them to the attorney generals office and to the better business bureau.
