Receivables Performance Management - Bob Poulus ripoff Wrong SSN wrong name but refuse to correct

I'm a loan officer, and one of RPM's collections harmed my client's credit scores based upon a social security number and name that didn't even match that of my client. We verified this mistake within the first phone call, and the manager, Mr. Bob Poulus, seemed willing to help, provided I could send him supporting documentation, which I did on my client's behalf. But after numerous faxes and phone calls, it became apparent that Poulus was more concerned with digging up contact info on the person the collection did belong to, rather than clearing the account of my guiltless client. Poulus knew he had an inaccuracy, yet all he did was stall and try to squeeze some payment out of my client, whose mortgage loan was being held up by this credit mistake.
