I Confronted Keven Wheeler today because as a result of his client breaching our buying agreement. Kevin sent us a mortgage loan commitment which attested and served as proof that his client was pre qualified for a loan with his company on 4/25/06.
We then received a fax from Mr. Wheeler on 5/9/06 stating that his client has been denied credit. When I confronted Keven on how it was that they could issue us this fraudulent gaurantee. He evaded the issue, and instead of trying to solve the issue he became condesending and told me that he has been in the mortgage business for years and he didn't appreciate me telling him how to run his business. Not a honest and fitting answer to my question.
