My Citibank Mastercard raised my interest rate from less than 10% to 22% for no cause, as shown on my statement. If I hadn't noticed it, I would have continued to use this high-interest card unknowingly. Check your interest rate on your Citicard. Many credit cards are offering less than 10% and no annual fees.
