I recently pulled a copy of my credit report and discovered a collection on my report from cavalry portfolio. It claims I owe AT&T wireless a debt of 146 dollars. I have never had an account with AT&T wireless and when I called AT&T wireless and gave them my social security number they couldnt find any evidence of me having an account with them in the past or present. Cavalry is so fraudulent. What I am desperate to know if I did have any AT&T account or someone fraudulent opened an account in my name, why hasnt it showed up on my credit report as an charge-off??? I have had an account go into collections before and believe me the original creditor had a bad mark on my credit report for 7 years even after the fact it went into collections!!! Oh yeah Cavalry I sent you a validation of debt request in the mail, WHY havent you answered??? Your 30 days are up!!!
