Awaiting their "Breach of Contract" information after they refuse to afford me the normal remedy resolution, relative to them leaving off my Property Taxes after I was told otherwise.
I applied as as a 2nd mtge. They reapplied on the fly as a 1st mtge had me close w/o making it clear to me of the full mortgage payout on BOLD disclosure information 2 times as the code requires. This includes a Loan calculator disclosure breaking down the charges NOT just the HUD statement you need a magnifying glass for.
Since March 9th I have had this loan is a "rerating" status & am holding up $ until I see their good intentions to correct their deceptive error. It's now going on 5/31/06 & these friendly folks just demand the money & don't want to service me the customer, who is always right.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE DECEPTIVE lenders. They refuse to follow normal resolution & Arbitration requests when mailing them certified mail now 2 billing cycles or 60 days. For being part of the biggest firm in the world, they act very disjointed & uncaring. I the customer will not tolerate at least a 50% business relationship with ANYONE!
