They have changed payment arrangements, over-charged late fees, raised our principal payoff balance without any possible explaination, refused to follow R.E.S.P. A section 6, in replying to my written complaints, and charged numerous fees that they cannot explain. They have also violated state and federal Privacy Acts, by contacting outside family members, and also, violated state and federal and state lending laws.
I now have an attorney, who is interested in anyone who has been violated by this company, as he has agreed to file suit if they refuse the demand he has sent. If it requires this, there will also be the violation of Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and more. They have lied, on numerous occasions, and now, are attempting to foreclose, after refusing payments, and are attempting to delay any legal action, until it has past the sale date.
