We have had problems with Citifinancial for over 2 years. They tried to foreclose twice within 3 months. They took me to court for arrears, and we made all the payments that were agreed on in court. Now they say they didn't charge us enough, so we owe them more money. This is after court was held and the agreed amount was paid in full.
Now we get a list of fees that I have no idea when they accrued. One of them is the lawyer's fee for court that was included in our agreement. One is a fax payoff that I have no idea who ordered, but they are charging me for it.
Our credit report states we included this account in bankruptcy, but I still live in the house and send them payments, and still they refuse to change how it is listed.
I thought I was the only one going through this, but I see I am not.
If anyone can help me with any of this, or if I can join a group that would like to file a class action lawsuit, I will be glad to talk to you.
