We have had problems with Citifinancial for over 2 years. They tried to forclose 2 times with in 3 months. They have taken me to court for rearages and we made all payments that was agreed on in court and now they said they didn't charge us enougth so we owe them more money. This is after court was held and the agreed amount was paid in full.
Now we get a list of fee's that I have no idea when they accured. One of them is the lawer's fee for court that was included in our agreement. One is a fax pay off that I have no idea who ordered it but they are charging me.
Our credit report states we included this account in Bankruptcy but I still live in the house and send them payments and still they refuse to change how it is listed.
I thought I was the only one going thru this, but I see I am not.
If anyone can help me with any of this or I can join a group that would like to for a class action law suite I will be glad to talk to you.
