One night I recieved a call from a young man telling me Premier Savings could get me a credit card with a fixed rate of 9 percent or less to consolidate my credit cards with higher interest rates into one lower payment. After a long conversation, I even checked out their website and it looked legitimate. So I called back and talked to an account specialist. Dulce Novall is her name.
She said my credit was good even though I had high balances on several cards, for 379.00 dollars she could get the card I needed to accomplish a consolidation. After charging one of my cards the 379.00, I recieved a package in the mail with her business card. I called the number on the card and spoke to another representative, (because Dulce was not there) and she gave me a telephone number to call and apply for a card at citibank.in 2 weeks I recieved a letter from citibank declining the application.
I called again and dulce was not there again. They gave me a number for another bank, HSBC. Another declined appliccation, and so on.
For 379.00 dollars they did nothing for me but give me phone numbers to banks I could have gotten myself, anywhere. No results, No card, No conolidation, NO NOTHING! Just took my money. I suggest if you are having difficulties paying you credit cards, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! You wont get any help from PREMIER SAVINGS!!!
