Hi,

Here is a letter to the governor of Pennsylvania in regards to NCO FINANCIAL. I have also written the attorney general in that state, plus plan a lot more to deal with this "company".

There is a company in the State of Pennsylvania that is completely out of control. I believe they have already been censured and fined at the federal level for violations of the law. There are literally an infinite number of complaints against NCO FINANCIAL located, apparently, in PHILADELPHIA, though no one there seems to know where they work, the address, phone number, fax number or any information at all.

They are unbelievable rude, miserable and unruly to deal with. Further, there seems to be a huge number of infractions against all law that I have heard of.

I request most sincerely that the Governor of Pennsylvania, the Legislature acting on the behalf of the people of Pennsylvania as well as all the US, take specific, determined action to address immediatley.
