Eceived a letter on 12/20/07 from nco financial requesting $5399.24 to pay off a $10798.48 debt from CHASE/ASSIGNEE for PROVI. I have never had a relationship or owe any monies to the company. I have sent a complaint to the FTC, BBB of NJ & NY AG's office. Don't be fooled by this extortion, make a complaint.
