He cons stupid gullable people into buying property for him, and putting it in his company name then tells you he will sell it for a profit. But the property does not go on the market. It sits there for years. He cons drug dealers into laundering their money and knows they have no recourse because they use illegal money in the first place. He cons the IRS with property scams buying for $0 and selling at inflated prices. Watch out for this man.
