Prestige Timeshare Same Company take my money to market my timeshare

This started last Apirl 2007. A man got ahold of me on the phone about selling my timeshare. The cost was 899.00 he said he, and that he would take 400.00 up front and the balance when it was sold.in early may they called and said it was sold. I was put on a waiting list of over 125 people waiting for closing. The closing was set for Sept. 28 2007. The day of settlement this man called me and said the docter who was buying the property never showed up this was on a friday. Sat this man called david who was selling this said he can not get a hold of the docter yet. Now on monday he calls and said you can not believe what happened the docter was arrested for writing illegal drug perscriptions and the fbi was there to frisk him at his condo. This is what the timeshare salesman tells me { David }. Then he tells me he will re-market the property and put me at the top of the list. I never herd from him again.

Then about 6 weeks later another man calls me asking if i would like to rent or sell my timeshare. I said yes i had one that another company was trying to sell with no luck. He asked were was the property and what weeks i had etc. He said o that is an excellent property. We can sell that property in less then 60 days. Now that was around Nov. 26 2007 and the charge is 1699.00. I said ok how much up front to get this property advertised 299.00 and we will sell the unit. The asking price was 19.900 starting in 11/27/07 by the middle of Dec. 07 nothing was happening so i lowered the price. I asked them what the fair market value.

That is when i was introduced to Jesica. She told me that the value was around 15.000 to 17.000 The price of a new one was around 24.000. My wife past away in 2006 from cancer and i just want to sell this property for the fair market value. So the new price is 15.900 this was Dec. 15 2007. I heard from Jesica around Jan. 15 2008 she said there was an offer of 17.500. I asked her i thought the price was 15.900 she said no it was 19.500 i said ok she said i will call you in a day or so.

Well just 2 days ago i heard from Jesica that was 02/05/08 and she said we have a offer of 20.000 i said i thought it was 17.500. O no she said that fell thru. But now we need the rest of the balance of the contract before settlement. I said i have no money. Patrick said that i could pay the bal. After closing.

Today I was doing some checking with my computer and i googled them. I was very surprised to find out all this bad stuff about them. I was screwed again. Now what do i do? I can not afford the time share i am 5 months behind on payments and out 800.00 dollars to try a market, and sell fairly. They should be shut down they still answer the phone today. They are crooks, And i am thinking about driving down there and facing them at there house this is wrong to the highest power.
