When these people convinced me to purchase this timeshare they told me i could rent it out for atleast a hundred dollars a night for my week and if i kept it over a year the value would go up and i could sell it and make a profit on it. None of this was true. They also told me they would rent it out for me for a small fee. They did not do this either. I tried to sell it every way possible over the internet, real estate companies, fliers, billboards, paid all fees that was necessary to sell this property. I informed aqua sun investment of how i was told i could sell this property and they made it sound so easy. I could not give this property away. I told them i had lost my job i could no longer afford to pay the note or the maintance fees would they assist me in selling this property so it would not damage my credit. They said no. This timeshare has ruined my credit. This is the only thing on my credit report that caused my credit score to go from 720 to 520. It has ruined my life. I can't buy insurance, I can't get a decent job all because of this timeshare that has ruined my credit. If they had not lied to me i never would have purchased it in the first place.
