Eric Caldwell aka Timothy James Investment Group is ripping people off all over LA county. The company is founded by Eric, who is originally from Michigan. Drives a silver 99 body style Mustang Convertible. He is about 6 ft tall with brown hair.

My complaint is that Eric ripped me off in a real estate transaction. He is committing real estate fraud everywhere. He is a smooth talker and can talk his way into anything. He personally sold me a property in Michigan and ended up stealing it back from me through a bunch of contracts.

Watch your step or he will get you!
