Chexsystems inc.in my opinion has never lived up to what it has stated that it is. I have been on there website and it says that they help consumers and banks. Well all I have only ever seen them assist is the banks. Banks can also put your name in there systems to easily and then the bank employees get mad everytime they see your name in chexsystems for a new account.
Chexsystems needs to start regulating how peoples name and credit reporting gets done because some people get stuck in chexsystems and it was the banks fault. Of course these banks that have all this money say they dont care. Allthough there is some banks that clear checks and debit card purchases and make it impossible to pay off so they can put you in there and try to jip you out of getting a new account for five years.
Well that is my opinion so say what you want to it I am sticking with that.
