This company has to be the worst people to deal with on any level. If you send them a letter, their response has nothing to do with the subject to which you wrote them about in the first place. They skate around any honest answers and deny ever having a record of what you had sent. I am refering to a letter to Authorize my spouse information and handling problems with the account in my absence.
They totally evaluated my escrow account information incorrectly resulting in an grossly underpaid escrow balance. Dropping them from handling an escrow acct. For me, I was charged a astronomical fee to do so. They add misc. Fees to your automatically withdrawn mounthly payment and don't have a understandable reason for those fees. When you ask them to please explain the fee charge via email, they do not answer you back. They really skate around issues that are important and I honestly believe if they give you a 1/2 baked answer, you would just accept it and pay the fees as well as not asking anymore questions. Mainly because your not going to get an answer anyway.
