Well I had my account with m&t bank and I had a couple purchases that caused a couple overdrafts. Well my boyfriend and I started to pay them. After a couple payments they made us go through there recovery department. That has been a big pain.
They take so long to respond after a payment has been made and then if the balance gets to such a low payment they dont even contact you at all to finsh resolving the matter and then leave it up to you to find out when you go to open a new account after you thought that you in the clear.
Although they deposit your name in chexsystems to fast. Its like there out to wreck or screw you in some way. Mainly a diliberate attempt to steal money from consumers and businesses.
